Harmonise for World Change
The video includes a special invitation and brief explanation of the Jin Shin Jyutsu Global Event to Harmonise for World Change.
The event took place on Monday, September 9, 2019 at 9 am and 9 pm across the world in the different time zones.
The event started in New Zealand, ran across the different time zones, and ended in Hawaii. Not once, but twice on that day!
In all, people in 42 countries participated, including 25 States across the USA. Together, we created a rainbow of harmony across the world.
The four exercises we practised during the day can be practised at any time, not just for the event!

Energy of number 9
The energy of the number 9 is significant in that it came into the universe meaning “the end of a cycle and beginning of a new one”. Our number 9 energy site is located on the back between the spine and the bottom of the shoulder blade.
Energy site (or Safety Energy Lock) number 9 is useful to use when we need to let go of the past. It is our inspiration to let go of the old stuff and let in the new; easily and effortlessly. In essence, we can make a fresh start, individually, collectively and globally.
The exercises below include working also with the supporting numbers and energies of this date: 9.9.2019. With all that is going on in the world, this event aims to create a change in perspective and aid a shift in consciousness on how we take care of ourselves, and our planet!
On the general numerology of 9.9.2019
I asked a dear friend to give me her thoughts of the numerical energies on this date. She put it beautifully: “On that date, the focus is on 9, 12 and 3 [see below]. NINE is about a shift in consciousness, TWELVE is about a change in perspective and the THREE is about union of body, mind and spirit.”
“Use the energy around this day to aid a shift within individuals’ consciousness and perception to help heal the planet. Raise the vibration and bring more love and openness around the world.”

We can have a deeper look at the numbers of September 9, 2019, and work with these energies:
September 9
9+9=18= 9 NINE
Meaning: End of a cycle, beginning of a new one
The year
2+0+1+9=12 TWELVE
Meaning: Not my will, but Thy will
The whole date
9+9+2+0+1+9= 3 THREE
Meaning: Understanding, The door – defence against problems and discomforts
By practising the three different exercises below, we can harmonise the energies of the 9, 12 and 3 on our bodies. Because energy has no boundaries, we can then create a ripple effect that harmonises the energies further afield.
Let’s create a new way forward to take care of ourselves and our planet. Let’s harmonise together on September 9, 2019!
The FOUR exercises
These exercises can be practised lying, sitting or standing. Get comfortable, close your eyes, place, your hands and relax them. If you are at work, in a meeting or out and about, I have given an alternative finger hold.
Practice the first exercise at the beginning and at the end.
Can’t practise at 9 am and 9 pm on the day? Then tap into another time zone!
Exercise 1: Clearing energy site (SEL) 9
Part 1 – Clearing the old cycle. Letting go of the old stuff.
Cross the arms. Place the right fingers in the crease of the left elbow and the left fingers in the crease of the right elbow. You can also grab your elbows from below. Practice time: 10 minutes
TIP: you can place a small cushion under your arms to make this exercise more comfortable.
An easy alternative to the above exercise, is to hold either THUMB.
Exercise 2: Clearing energy site (SEL) 12:
Place the hands on the neck with the fingers of both hands touching the spine (cervicals), then bring the fingers out a bit from the spine to the side of the neck. Left fingers on left side of neck, right fingers on right side. Practice time: 10 minutes
TIP: You don’t have to have your arms up like I show here. Keeping your hands at your neck, just bring the elbows down in front of you onto a cushion to support your arms.
An easy alternative to the above exercise, is to hold either MIDDLE finger.
Exercise 3: Clearing energy site (SEL) 3:
Left Side
Place right hand over the left shoulder so that the fingers rest on the top of the shoulder blade between the spine and the shoulder blade. Place the left hands on the left groin. Practice time: 10 minutes
TIP: Place a cushion under your right arm so that your arm is supported.
Right Side
Place left hand over the right shoulder so that the fingers rest on the top of the shoulder blade between the spine and the shoulder blade. Place the right hand on the left groin. Practice time: 10 minutes
TIP: Place a cushion under your right arm so that your arm is supported.
If you’re out and about and can’t do the exercise above then an easy alternative is to hold either MIDDLE finger.
Exercise 4: A repeat of Exercise 1
Clearing energy site (SEL) 9:
PART 2: Paving the way for a new cycle. Letting in the new.
Cross the arms. Place the right fingers in the crease of the left elbow and the left fingers in the crease of the right elbow. You can also grab your elbows from below. Practice time: 10 minutes
TIP: you can place a small cushion under your arms to make this exercise more comfortable.
An easy alternative to the above exercise, is to hold either THUMB.
