If you REGRET the PAST (mind) and if you WORRY about the FUTURE (mind) then you miss the great GIFT of the NOW (BEING) which is why it is called THE PRESENT.
When you feel you are not in the present moment, when you feel overwhelmed, not grounded, up in the clouds or just not enjoying life (‘I HATE THIS!’) – HOLD YOUR THUMB.
All you need to do is grab one of your thumbs with the opposite hand – hold and relax.
