Statement:

My back has been aching all week (it’s probably all that stuff I’ve been carrying lately). So I’ve incorporated some gentle stretching every day and yesterday I worked on SEL 2 (especially the right side) – that Flow has helped because the 2 area was tight and sore!

Exercise:

The simplest Jin Shin Jyutsu self-help for backache is to hold the index finger (and also the thumb separately) every day – go to sleep holding your index finger, and it’ll work as you sleep.
