Case 4: First Aid for Muscle Cramp
This is the story of how Jin Shin Jyutsu first aid came to my rescue for a bad muscle cramp.
One afternoon I went swimming and after my 10th lap one of my toes on my right foot got cramp.
What is a girl to do? If you’ve ever had cramp in an awkward place then you’ll know that it’s hard not to panic and to keep from going mad with the pain…
However, first-aid Jin Shin Jyutsu came to the rescue.
Of course, call out for help if you need to.
But if you’re alone, first thing to do is to grab the toe and hold on to it for a few seconds.
Then as quickly as you can, place your fingers behind the knee (place right fingers behind right knee) and hold.
Or hold the backs of the knees whichever way possible – get someone else to hold them if necessary.
The pain and cramp should disappear in a few seconds – i.e. immediately.
Also great for muscle cramps in the legs – fantastic first aid if you wake up with muscle cramp during the night.
It’s easy, quick and safe. Effortless reality.
