This exercise is wonderfully simple
There are several Jin Shin Jyutsu self help exercises for the immune system.
In this post, I work with SEL 13 on the left and right sides of the chest to help harmonize the immune system, clear the chest, balance the breathing, ease stress and restore calm.
Clearing these energy sites on the chest also helps our reproductive functions and clears tension in our shoulders and neck.
This exercise is wonderfully simple and I love it! Practice it often when you need a bit of self love and comfort.

Some tips on how to practice this exercise:
You can hold each position for as long as you want. If you hold each one for 2 minutes then the total practice time is 14 minutes. I like to use a timer (there are loads of meditation timer apps available), but if you like you can put on some back ground music. Or you can just pop on the video above where I guide you through the practice!
You can sit or lie quietly. Get really comfortable. When I sit, I like to place a little cushion on my lap for when I hold my fingers. Comfort is everything!
Position 1
Place the right hand on the center of the chest and place the left hand over the right hand.
Position 2
Wrap the left hand around the right Index finger. Relax the hands and hold (no pressure is needed).
Position 3
Wrap your left hand around the right Little finger.
Position 4
Place the right hand on the center of the chest and place the left hand over the right hand
Position 5
Wrap the right hand around the left Index finger.
Position 6

Position 7
