Magic Exercise: Hold for Temper Tantrums
If you have a child that is prone to temper tantrums, hold their big toes.
It might be hard to grab a hold of them when they are actually in the throes of a tantrum, but if you hold their big toes a few minutes every day or when possible, I’m sure you’ll find that the temper tantrums will probably subside.

To work on someone else, the best thing is to lie them face up.
Stand at their feet, and then hold the big toes, or cross your arms and hold them.
With children, there are no rules. Whichever way you can hold is valid, and hold as long as they let you.
